Role Description The Manager Sales and Marketing – Renewable Energy is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for renewable energy solutions, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and business plans, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions. The manager will oversee sales operations, monitor performance metrics, support customer service initiatives, and ensure that campaigns and outreach activities align with the company’s growth objectives. The role also involves representing the company at relevant industry events and staying updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and support informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic sales and marketing planning.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex renewable energy solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction, handling inquiries, and managing long-term relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including CRM usage, reporting, and process optimization.
- Proven track record in sales or marketing within renewable energy, clean tech, or related industries.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering plus a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Knowledge of renewable energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational skills, ethical conduct, and commitment to diversity and inclusive workplace practices.
