Role Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing for Greater Noida location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MW-scale module sales and a proven track record of developing channel sales networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing activities for MW-scale modules.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy segment.
- Build and expand a robust channel sales network (dealers, distributors, EPCs, etc.).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for solar modules.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Megawatt-scale Solar Module Sales & Marketing is mandatory
- Ability to develop and manage channel partners effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- BE / B.Tech / MBA (Specialization in Renewable Sector is a plus)
- Relevant experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- Candidates from Greater Noida or willing to relocate.
