Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Manager Business Development. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals, monitoring sales performance, and developing strategies to grow the client portfolio and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, sales, and client acquisition
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Experience with strategic planning and meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics
- Capability to work independently and drive initiatives
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and presentation tools
- Experience in facility management or a related industry is an advantage
