Job Description
10-15 years of overall experience with minimum 7 years� experience in delivering RPA, AI/GenAI projects execution.
Lead end?to?end project engagements across the full lifecycle�from problem definition and solution design through planning, deployment, and production stabilization.
Define functional and non?functional requirements for RPA, AI, and Gen?AI solutions; and ensure clarity through documentation
Proven experience in leading, planning RPA and AI solution deployment projects
Working knowledge of project management practices and tools such as planner board/ Jira/ MS Project
Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks related to scope, infrastructure, dependencies etc.
Proficiency in estimation and pricing techniques such as Top-Down estimation, Bottom-Up estimation etc. to estimate project effort, resource optimization
Expertise in managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Good-to-have Qualifications
PMP or equivalent certification, AI project manager certification focusing on foundational AI project management skills
Deep understanding of APA frameworks, tools
Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies
Ability to think strategically and align projects with long-term business objectives
