Position Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Manager will support and oversee IT Risk Management, IT Project Governance, and associated compliance processes across the organization.
• This role is responsible for driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, assessing their impact, and implementing effective control measures
• The Manager will collaborate closely with leaders across various IT verticals to address both new and outstanding risk and compliance issues, ensuring accurate tracking and remediation through the GRC platform
• As a global role, it involves active engagement with stakeholders across India, the Philippines, and the United States. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
  
  

Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and assessment of risks across all IT verticals, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with enterprise risk priorities.
• Evaluate risks associated with Security Operations tools, processes, and technologies, and drive actions to strengthen the security posture.
• Conduct assessments and reviews of IT processes, recommending improvements to enhance IT governance maturity using frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000.
• Partner closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team to ensure IT risks are effectively mitigated and maintained within acceptable thresholds.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office to oversee IT‑led processes and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and monitoring of IT Risk policies, standards, and procedures to promote a strong and consistent risk culture across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/master’s in computer science or equivalent

10-15 years of experience in IT Risk Management

Work Schedule Or Travel Requirements

Mid Shift: 12.00 PM – 9.00 PM
