ReUnited Global is a SaaS platform for professional real estate RERA-registered brokers. We are currently present in North India, preparing for expansion in other parts of India.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager - ReUnited role based in Gurugram. The manager will work with our franchises and members—real estate brokers. He/She will coordinate all teh activities related to partners and members acquisition and day-to-day operations. He/She will be a single point of contact for all the partners and memebrs across India.
Key responsibilities include coordinating brokers events, building and maintaining client relationships, tracking progress on client development plans, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The role also requires the manager to identify strategic opportunities for engagement, address client needs effectively, and contribute to overall business growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in working in the real estate industry, primarily working with brokers
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and events.
- Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide team members in achieving goals.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in using business management tools and systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with consulting or business coaching sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Gurugram and manage operations efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
