Job details:
CLIENT: Global player in energy efficient air technology with presence in 65 countries,13 production plants in 8 countries. Product range includes AHU, Axial Fan, Precision AC, condensing unit, Industrial & Marine HVAC System,Data Center and Clean Room Cooling Technology.
KEY DRIVERS :
- Lead Retrofit projects Pan India execution.
- Manage budgets, plan schedules, monitor progress and ensure project timelines are adhered.
- Planning & Scheduling,preparing checklist, Bar charts,.
- Co-ordination with site for completing Project, job related HVAC MEP, Civil Work & structure for Building, Machine Parts, Electrical Panel & cables Accessories, Piping work.
- Selection and installation of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF units Package, duct split unit, cooling towers, ventilation system and other equipment’s of HVAC system including Pump Head calculation & pump sizing and design for chiller etc.
DESIRED INCUMBENT
- Experience in end-to-end management of HVAC Retrofit/system upgradation projects from
conceptual stage to closure including planning & execution, resource.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, AHRI, SMACNA, LEED GA etc.
- Using Gantt chart, Microsoft Project, PERT, etc.
