- Collaborate with external design agencies and consultants (MEP, lighting, music, kitchen, etc.) to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned store designs.
- Lead the full design lifecycle—from concept development to detailed GFC drawings and BoQs—to facilitate timely tendering and execution.
- Maintain version control and timely circulation of design deliverables; ensure alignment across cross-disciplinary design packages.
Projects & Fit-Out Management
- Drive store execution from site survey to handover across high-street & mall projects.
- Oversee design coordination, BOQs, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and final handover.
- Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and time benchmarks across all NSO projects.

Leasing Support & Property Readiness
- Support the real estate team in technical due diligence, feasibility analysis, and fitment evaluations.
- Define scope of work, assist in landlord coordination, and facilitate timely site handovers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, VM, IT, operations, brand partners, and HR for seamless store go-lives.
- Drive weekly “war-room” sessions to identify and unblock execution bottlenecks.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Finalize and manage vendors for civil, MEP, and retail fit-out works.
- Monitor capex budgets, billing, audits, snags, and project documentation.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Experience
- 10–15 years in project management, Civil & MEP execution, fit-outs, and store launch in organized retail or commercial real estate.
- Managed diverse retail formats including luxury, value, hypermarkets, department and FnB spaces.
- Experience in setting up project management systems and processes from scratch.
- Well-versed in stakeholder engagement and vendor negotiations.
- Expertise in software like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to both traditional and new-age retail environments.
