Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at People Combine is a full-time, on-site position based in Suryapet and Chityala locations. Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service that aligns with standards and safety regulations. This role involves monitoring customer satisfaction among customers, responding to feedback, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The Restaurant Manager will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, oversee hygiene and food safety compliance, and support hiring, training, and performance management of the restaurant team.
Qualifications
- Candidate should be from restaurant industry not from hotel industry also should be experienced from reputed restaurant chain.
- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Candidates should possess effective team management capabilities, including Hiring and Communication, to lead and develop restaurant staff.
- Candidates should possess solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, food safety, and basic inventory management.
- Relevant experience in restaurant, cafeteria, or hospitality management, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Suryapet and Chityala handle operational pressure, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
