Sales Manager – Residential & Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for commercial real estate projects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Source potential corporate clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
- Identify client requirements and qualify leads before sharing with the closing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property consultants
- Conduct initial telephonic / in-person discussions to explain project details
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the closing team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Track lead progress and ensure regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign leads and promotions
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sourcing targets
- Stay updated on commercial real estate inventory and market trends
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong lead generation and networking skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market (office, retail, warehousing preferred)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing / sales
- Experience working with brokers and channel partners is an advantage
