Role Description
The Manager Quick Commerce Operations will oversee daily operations and ensure the seamless execution of quick commerce strategies in alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing operational data to improve efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi NCR, where collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will be essential to drive performance and results.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to develop and maintain vendor relationships and secure beneficial agreements
- Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Familiarity with supply chain and operations management processes
- Proficiency in relevant software systems, such as CRM and data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
