📢 We Are Hiring – Manager - Quality Control

📍 Location: Vasai (Mumbai)

HAB Pharmaceuticals and Research Ltd. is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company with a strong presence in regulated and semi-regulated global markets. To strengthen our Quality Control operations at our Vasai manufacturing facility, we are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department at the plant

• Ensure testing of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), In-process, and Finished Goods

• Oversee analytical testing using HPLC, GC, UV, and other instruments

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements

• Review and approve analytical reports, specifications, and STPs

• Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and investigations

• Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards (WHO, USFDA, etc.)

• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Regulatory teams

• Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments

• Lead audits (internal, external, regulatory) and ensure audit readiness

• Train and develop QC team members

🔹 Eligibility

🎓 Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

📈 Experience: 8–12 years in Quality Control

💼 Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing

🔹 Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.)

• cGMP / GLP compliance

• Analytical method handling & documentation

• Investigation handling (OOS/OOT)

• Regulatory audit exposure

• Leadership and team management
