He / She shall be responsible for implementing and monitoring of QA/QC and ISO systems on project sites.
Responsibilities
- Preparing PQP, ITP, Training Calendar, Method statement, checklist for various activities.
- Closing of customer complaint within stipulated time.
- Attend various kind of meeting regarding project with customer/consultant.
- Monitoring day–to–day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with Site-in-charge and Client /Consultants.
- To ensure that work shall be done as per approved methodology at site.
- To check workmanship at site & observations record maintain section In-charge wise/area wise.
- To impart training and/or co-ordinate for training on technical and functional subjects for all concerned QA/QC Activities.
- Weekly quality walk down (minimum 4 nos.) with project manager.
- Preparing weekly / monthly Quality reports for submitting to site management/HO.
- Implementation of Quality Management System at site to control the non-conformities in execution.
- Monitoring and inspecting all materials to ensure quality criteria is met as per requirements or specification limit.
- Auditing on site from time to time as per ISO standards.
- Maintaining QC lab and equipment in conforming condition.
- Review Manufacturer’s Test Certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals etc.
- Maintaining organization’s image for quality consciousness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 10+ years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
