Shift: US Shift Timings
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Assistant Manager – P&C Operations - Budget upto 14 LPA
Currently designated as Team Leader or Assistant Manager on papers
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the current designation
Mandatory experience in International MNC Insurance – Property & Casualty vertical
Team handling experience is mandatory
Deputy Manager – P&C Operations - Budget Max 16 LPA
Currently designated as Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager on papers
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the current designation
Mandatory experience in International MNC Insurance – Property & Casualty vertical
Strong people management exposure is mandatory
Key Requirements (Applicable for Both Roles)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong understanding of operational metrics including:
Attrition Management
Shrinkage Control
SLA Calculations & Adherence
Productivity & Quality Management
Experience managing teams in high-performance operational environments
Ability to work in US shifts from office
