Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership professional to drive end-to-end expansion of dark store infrastructure across India. The role involves location scouting, commercial negotiation, project coordination, and store launch execution to support a rapidly growing retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Location Identification & Feasibility
- Identify and evaluate dark store locations based on catchment, accessibility, and operational viability
- Conduct feasibility analysis and present location options with commercial insights
Property Acquisition & Negotiation
- Lead landlord negotiations, finalize commercials, and close agreements
- Manage LOI, lease execution, and legal coordination
- Ensure cost-effective rental terms and favorable agreements
Project Execution & Store Launch
- Coordinate with project, vendor, and internal teams for dark store setup
- Ensure timely completion of fit-outs, infrastructure, and operational readiness
- Handover fully operational dark stores to supply chain teams
Regulatory & Compliance
- Manage approvals, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance
Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and manage broker/channel partner network for property sourcing
- Oversee vendor coordination for infrastructure setup
Portfolio Management
- Track lease renewals, facility health, and operational readiness
- Resolve infrastructure-related issues across locations
