Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector in Mahan Madhya pradesh.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead a team of civil engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Expertise in Civil Construction of BTG, BOP and Chimney and boiler structure works.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering within the Power/Energy industry.
- Prior experience in project management and leading a team.
- Demonstrated success in delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certification Required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
