Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager (Projects) located in the Greater Agra Area. The Manager (Projects) will oversee project development from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, managing teams and stakeholders, coordinating necessary inspections, streamlining logistics operations, and resolving project challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
- Solid experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Competence in managing and overseeing Inspection processes to maintain quality assurance standards.
- Strong understanding of Logistics Management for effective coordination and resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
