Job Title: Manager- Projects

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager- Projects (Construction) to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of township development projects for Della Townships in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil construction, project coordination, and site management for large-scale residential or township projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Manage procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory approvals are obtained on time.
- Prepare and present MIS and progress reports to senior management.
- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to design, specifications, and company standards.
- Foster a collaborative work environment between design, execution, and finance teams.
Job Expectations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate or township construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
- Should be willing to work from the project site in Pune.
