The impact you'll have
You will play a critical role in strengthening operational excellence across India and South East Asia. As a trusted connector between regions, functions and Ingenicos key merchants, you will bring clarity, structure and momentum to how we operate. Your work will directly improve service performance, governance and transparency while accelerating digital transformation and automation
What you will do
- Own and track operational KPIs, SLAs and monthly performance packs across the region
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for key merchants, managing reporting, escalations and service governance
- Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Repairs, Technical Support and Shared Services
- Support workflow modernisation and digital transformation initiatives, including automation, dashboarding and roadmap execution
- Prepare business cases, management review materials and governance decks to support decision making
- Oversee workflow governance, SOP adherence and escalation controls to ensure operational consistency
- Maintain daily operational reporting, Power BI dashboards and service performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, merchant communication and service visibility
- Lead PMO activities including project tracking, governance reviews and operational cadence
What helps you succeed
- Solid experience in PMO, operations governance or process management roles
- Strong experience, 3- 6 years' business analytics or operations strategy
- Advanced Power BI, data modelling, analytics and dashboarding capabilities
- Proven experience mapping and redesigning processes, with Lean or Six Sigma exposure an advantage
- Clear, structured communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong ability to drive cross functional alignment and manage multiple timelines in parallel
- Experience in operations heavy, payments, fintech or device based environments is a plus
- Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field
- Certifications in Power BI, project management or Lean/Six Sigma are desirable
