We’ve worked on iconic projects like Tata Bombay House and Hyatt Regency Dehradun, in collaboration with top architectural and interior design firms.
Role Overview
The Manager – Project Fulfilment is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost adherence, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
This role focuses on owning execution, enforcing process discipline, and ensuring project outcomes, while working closely with the Head – Projects & Order Fulfilment for strategic alignment and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery
· Own execution of multiple projects from production to final delivery
· Translate project plans into actionable timelines and ensure milestone adherence
· Proactively identify execution risks and drive timely resolution
· Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines and quality standards
2. Production & Vendor Management
· Manage and drive day-to-day engagement with vendors, artisans, and fabrication partners
· Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements are met
· Evaluate vendor performance and highlight improvement areas
· Work with the Head to align vendor capabilities with project requirements
3. Cost & Procurement Management
· Drive procurement planning in alignment with project timelines and budgets
· Work closely with the Head to finalise vendor selection, costing, and procurement approach
· Own tracking of project-level costs vs estimates and ensure cost sheet adherence
· Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities
4. Logistics, Dispatch & Installation Readiness
· Plan and oversee dispatch, logistics, and delivery schedules across projects
· Ensure readiness for installation including materials, vendor alignment, and site requirements
· Monitor execution to ensure timely and seamless delivery at site
5. Site Execution & Coordination
· Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and client representatives for smooth execution
· Support installation planning and resolve on-site challenges
· Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and execution standards
6. Systems & Process Tracking
· Ensure structured tracking of all projects using tools like Zoho Projects
· Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project trackers
· Drive adherence to SOPs and contribute to process improvements
· Ensure visibility of project status, risks, and dependencies
Required Skills
· 5–7 years of experience in project execution, production, operations, or site coordination
· Experience in interiors, fabrication, or execution-driven environments preferred
· Educational background in design or related fields is good to have but not mandatory
· Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive execution independently
· Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Working knowledge of Excel and project tracking tools (Zoho preferred)
· Strong problem-solving approach with focus on delivery and timelines
