Job details:
Brenman Consulting is an EdTech firm focused on upskilling professionals in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We are building a premium, high-performance brand. We're looking for a Manager – Program Sales and Partnerships who can drive the growth of our learning vertical.
This role is for someone with strong commercial instincts, sharp communication, and high ownership. You will work directly with the founders to build sales pipelines, close partnerships, drive enrolments, and shape go-to-market strategy.
We are not looking for someone who waits for leads to come in. We are looking for someone who builds systems, creates pipelines, and closes deals.
What You'll Do
Sales and Revenue
- Plan and execute sales strategies for online courses, offline workshops, webinars, certifications, and corporate training programs
- Manage the complete sales cycle – enquiry handling, counselling, follow-ups, payment closure, and post-enrolment relationship management
- Own revenue targets and build repeatable systems to hit them
Lead Generation and Outreach
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp campaigns, email outreach, webinars, referrals, and direct industry outreach
- Build and maintain databases of students, professionals, colleges, and corporate contacts
- Convert webinar attendees, social media followers, and inbound queries into paying learners
Partnerships and Institutional Sales
- Identify and approach engineering colleges, training institutes, construction companies, consultants, developers, and corporate L&D teams
- Close bulk enrolments, customized training programs, and long-term partnerships
- Build relationships that generate repeat business, not one-off transactions
Strategy and Go-to-Market
- Work with the founder, content team, design team, and marketing team to shape campaigns, landing pages, and promotional content
- Conduct market research, study competitors, evaluate pricing, and suggest improvements in course packaging and sales pitch
What We Mean by High Ownership
- You don't wait to be told what to sell
- You build your own pipeline
- You think in revenue, not activities
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not just effort
- You move fast, iterate, and close
Skills & Requirements

- Confident communicator – comfortable with students, professionals, engineers, managers, corporate teams, and college decision-makers

- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, CRM tools, and Excel-based tracking
Good to Have
- Experience selling professional courses, certification programs, or corporate learning programs
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project management
