- PSM implementation at site, with key element members follow up meeting, progress tracking, Standard and SOP preparation and final implementation at site level.
- Faced Corporate PSM audit for the Site and achieved 90% PSM score.
- Major role in HazOp for JF-1 HazOp at site and Safe startup of Agro plant at Bharuch site.
- Zero Process safety incident at site in FY25-26
- Completed reactive hazards risk assessment for Bharuch site and activity converted the recommendation in PSM capex.
- Successfully completed stage gate process for 08 PSM capex item and uploaded all capex in LN system for risk reduction at site.
- Timely completion of Major PHA for commercialization of CDMO molecules like BCTI, 4VP, PNB, Choline chloride.
- Completing of new projects start up PSSR for AB4 plant and 2,3 DCP plant and Niacinamide plant start up with closer of all PHA recommendations.
- Coordination with sites like NIRA & SAVLI for PSM implementation and Critical HazOp completed 03 HazOp for Savli site.
- Successfully completed HazOp, LOPA and DHA for upcoming major project like JF-1 at Bharuch site.
- In close coordination with Design, Tac and production team for Start up of JF-1 plant at Bharuch site
- PSM training to operator and senior level with more than 1500 man hrs.
- In close coordination with Design and project team for new initiative for Emergency control room and New Pump house at site. Tracking of execution at site level.
- Completed more than 25 Management of change HazOp for different changes to existing facility for emergency and cost improvements projects.
- Coordinating all the activity for the site for project Apollo. (PSM audit/HRI audit/RAGA implementation)

The current position of candidate is at L4 at Site specific level & his reporting manager is at M3- Corporate level.
Current Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Safety ( Process Safety Management) of the Plant to achieve zero accident.
To provide assistance to HOD’s and Plant Heads to implement Safety Management Systems.
To conduct HIRA, Job Safety Analysis, HAZOP & PSSR studies for critical and non-routine jobs.
To develop emergency response plan, and to ensure periodic mock drill to be conducted to check the healthiness of the plan. Training to be imparted to emergency team members on emergency preparedness.
To conduct process Safety Training and Awareness sessions for employees as well as contract workers.
To maintain knowledge on various legal/statutory compliance such as Factories act, Gujarat Factories rule, Petroleum rule, Gas cylinder rule, CCPS / OSHA guidelines
To Suggest Preventive measures to Eliminate Process safety event at site and achieve Target Zero.
To do investigation of Incidents / Accidents/Near miss and to find out root causes. To prepare investigation reports and ensure closing of CAPA in co-ordination with respective department.
To organize Monthly Safety review and ensure the closing of minutes of meeting with in time frame.
To develop and prepare SOP’s and other relevant procedures, formats to enhance department performance.
To do Internal Safety audits, Safety Inspections and Safety surveys.
To ensure Closer of all Hazop, PSSR, Audit recommendation at Site.
