Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Paid Media Expert specializing in Google Ads to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, and analytics to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and creatives
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Implement and track conversions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing medium to large ad budgets
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Familiarity with other paid platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
