Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Manager – PPC (Ecommerce) to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing large-scale ad campaigns, handling substantial monthly advertising budgets, and driving revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
The candidate must possess hands-on experience with Ecommerce performance marketing, campaign optimization, ROAS improvement, audience targeting, and scaling profitable campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and other paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Manage high monthly advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid management for campaign optimization.
- Scale Ecommerce campaigns while maintaining profitability and improving overall campaign performance.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and reporting dashboards.
- Optimize product feeds, shopping campaigns, remarketing campaigns, and dynamic ads for better conversions.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and Ecommerce teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and Ecommerce advertising strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior PPC executives and performance marketing team members.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with detailed analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ecommerce PPC campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in managing large monthly advertising budgets successfully.
- Strong understanding of Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Experience with Amazon Ads and Marketplace advertising strategies preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and reporting tools.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and improve ROAS through performance marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
