We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and strategic PPC Manager to lead our performance marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta networks.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of paid search, display, social advertising, and funnel optimization, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL).
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall business growth and ROI objectives.
Allocate and manage monthly/quarterly advertising budgets across Google and Meta platforms to maximize conversions.
Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
End-to-end setup, monitoring, and management of complex search, display, shopping, performance max (PMax), video, and paid social campaigns.
Direct the creative asset strategy, collaborating with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad copies, landing pages, and visual elements.
Implement structured A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, bidding strategies, target audiences, and landing pages.
3. Data Analysis & Optimization
Continuously monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting bidding parameters, keywords, and audience targeting to maximize efficiency.
Analyze full-funnel attribution, ensuring tracking mechanisms (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API) are accurate and fully optimized.
Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights, shifting budgets fluidly to highest-performing channels.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Maintain clean, automated performance dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) tracking primary KPIs.
Provide clear, concise weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights, experiments, wins, and strategic next steps.
