• Seamless Transition: Lead the "handover" meeting from the sales team to ensure no customer requirements are lost.
• Time-to-Value: Guide customers through the initial setup to ensure they see ROI (Return on Investment) as quickly as possible.
2. Relationship & Retention Management
• Account Health Monitoring: Regularly track usage data to identify "at-risk" accounts before they churn.
• Executive Reviews: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align the customer is evolving goals with your product’s roadmap.
• Churn Mitigation: Develop strategies to win back disengaged users and resolve high-level escalations.
3. Revenue Expansion
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify gaps in the customer’s current setup where additional features or services could add value.
• Renewals: Own the renewal pipeline; ensuring contracts are resigned on time and with favourable terms.
