🚨 We’re Hiring | Manager – PMO / Project Monitoring
📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
🏢 Industry: EPC / Infrastructure / Power / Manufacturing
We are looking for a structured, analytical and result-oriented Manager – PMO / Project Monitoring who can drive project visibility, monitoring and governance across multiple live projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain the master project tracker covering milestones, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Drive regular project review meetings, agendas, action tracking and closure.
• Identify project delays, cost overruns and risks with timely recovery plans.
• Standardise project reporting and ensure clear RACI/accountability across projects.
• Coordinate with functional heads and site teams for accurate and timely project updates.
• Track project dependencies, documentation and inter-departmental hand-offs.
• Support the Chief of Staff / MD reviews with project analysis and dashboards.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
🎓 B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Industrial preferred
📌 5–10 years of experience in PMO / Project Management
🏗️ Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Power or Manufacturing preferred
📊 Strong skills in Excel, MIS and dashboards
🗂️ Hands-on experience with MS Project, Primavera, Zoho Projects, Asana, Monday or similar tools
🏅 PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
🎯 MBA in Operations / Project Management will be an added advantage
