Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Resource allocation by defining the need of resources and ensuring they are in right place
- Study of Drawings and should be well versed in drawings
- Tracking project progress as per schedule, highlighting deviation if any
- Coordination with multi departments for compiling data to make project progress report
- Preparation of Daily Progress Reports / Monthly Progress Reports of the project
- Forecasting estimated cost required for the project
- Budget and cash flow tracking required for the project on monthly basis
- Preparation of cash flow reports
- Monthly reconciliation of site stock and procurement of material as per schedules.
- In order to reduce the cost and Implement strong cost controls, establish accurate budget, monitor spending and implement staged progress payments
Experience / Skill Set Required
- 7 to 12 Years experience in Construction planning with an EPC contractor for Building projects
- Excellent exposure in Primavera and MS Project software
- Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring
- Should have strong analytical skills
- Autocad
