Duties And Responsibilities
Job Summary
Senior Experience Designers at Bajaj Finserv are responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for leading-edge Web solutions, software, mobile and other interactive devices. This involves application of user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experience for leading companies. Additionally, this role involves leading tracks of work, being the client point of contact, and guiding developers and other designers/ Information Architects in projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual design, in collaboration with our heads of experience design and experience strategy
- Design intuitive, simple and beautiful digital experiences at the intersection of digital, physical, design and technology
- Closely collaborate with Developers, UX and Content Strategists and Business Consultants
- Work with our Program Managers using an increasingly agile methodology, workflow and framework
- Hands-on development of brand identities and design systems across multiple devices
- Work closely together with our developers to push the boundaries of tech and design
- Preparation and execution of presentations and pitches
- Ensure projects carry a strong visual foundational concept
- Work in an iterative process developing and testing prototypes with end users
- Mentor and support other team members to help foster a great creative culture and elevate visual output
- Must be Proficient in tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, Principle, Post-it notes & Zeplin.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree required**
- Degree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications
- 5-6 years relevant work experience in digitally-centric interface design
- A true craftsperson who understands how to translate consumer behavior into a branded experience which delivers on both function and form
- Strong interest in defining the look and feel of what is next in visual and interaction design and the latest design trends and technologies
- The ability to formulate and produce strong visual concepts based on strategic insights
