CLIENT: Leading developer and manufacturer high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for global markets. It has developed and supported complex molecules to over 500 customers, supported by US FDA and EDQM compliant facilities.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Pharma management professional with experience in driving end-to-end product and portfolio strategy spanning multiple therapy areas.Proven expertise in therapy area strategy, pipeline prioritization, portfolio prioritization, new product strategy, lifecycle management, and strategic planning aligned to enterprise growth objectives.

KEY DELIVERABLES:·
- Establish and govern portfolio prioritization frameworks and enable data-driven decisions by partnering with R&D, regulatory, commercial, supply chain, quality, IP and finance functions.
- Drive new product and lifecycle strategy across key therapy areas including portfolio evaluation, strategic fit assessment, and integration planning.
- Support leadership in evaluating growth opportunities, market entry strategies, portfolio gaps, tracking regulatory filings status of entire portfolio in target markets, and identification of key influencers/decision makers.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support portfolio decisions and leadership reviews.
INCUMBENT COMPETENCIES:
- Therapeutic area level product strategy & life cycle management;
- New product planning, portfolio prioritization/optimization and BD&L asset evalaution;
- Commercial strategy (incl. regulatory filing strategy) and data analytics;
- Business unit strategy & board level strategic support;
- Strong business and financial acumen (foreasting and financial NPV modeling skills);;.
