Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Manager Personal Loan / Overdraft (OD) position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing personal loan and overdraft operations, managing loan portfolios, and ensuring timely servicing of financial products. You will handle client interactions and provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with banks and financial partners to secure optimal terms for clients. Monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations will also be key aspects of your role.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Loan Servicing, Loans, and Finance
- Expertise in Portfolio Management and ability to analyze financial data
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication and client relationship management
- Ability to manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Proficiency in using financial platforms and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in finance are advantageous
- Previous experience in personal loan management or related financial services is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
