We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes app growth. This isn’t for someone who only builds decks — we need a builder, optimizer, and scaler.
You’ll turn media budgets into high-intent installs, engaged users, and measurable ROI. At our scale, even small optimizations move big numbers. If you think in funnels, cohorts, CAC payback, and LTV, you’ll feel right at home. 📈
⚡ What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of app growth campaigns + AppsFlyer attribution. 📲
- Run and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google Ads (UAC) & Meta (Facebook + Instagram). 🎯
- Drive user acquisition with a strong focus on retargeting & re-engagement. 🔁
- Take full ownership of CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV and overall funnel efficiency. 📊
- Launch aggressive A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences. 🧪
- Deep dive into data using attribution tools to unlock growth insights. 🔍
- Manage significant budgets — scale winners fast, kill losers faster.
🧠 What You Bring
- 2–6 years of hands-on performance marketing (app ecosystem preferred)
- Strong command of Google UAC / AdWords & Meta Ads Manager
- Data-first mindset with bias for execution
- Comfortable in high-ownership, fast-paced environments
🛠️ Must-Have Stack
- AppsFlyer | Firebase | Google Analytics | Mixpanel
- Exposure to ASO, retargeting, or app-led growth
- Experience in consumer internet / D2C / marketplace environments
