What You'll Do:
- Drive end-to-end paid digital marketing strategies across Google Search, Bing, YouTube Ads, Discovery Ads & Demand Gen campaigns
- Track, measure & optimize campaign performance against ROI and KPIs
- Identify trends from data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion experiments to boost campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with content & design teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Optimize user funnels and conversion points across all digital touchpoints
- Build and nurture Google Partner relationships to support business growth
- Evaluate and recommend emerging marketing technologies
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance/digital marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads & social media campaign management
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner & Performance Planner
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, Bing Editor, Tableau & Salesforce (preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
