About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to independently manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for our law firm. This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who can execute, analyze, and scale paid campaigns with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with legal advertising standards.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Drive qualified lead generation for legal services (consultations, case inquiries, etc.)
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis within the legal domain
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and legal advertising regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
- Proven ability to generate leads and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, and basic CRM systems
