Role Description
We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Manager – Franchise Growth
Ghost Kitchens India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing professional (10+ years experience) to drive high-quality franchise leads for our growing portfolio of food brands.
Location: Andheri East, Marol (Work from Office)
Working: 6 days a week
CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Starboy Pizza | The Big Fat Monk | Speak Burgers | Wakka Makka | NewYorkWaffles | Dinges
What this role is about:
* Generating serious, investment-ready franchise leads
* Owning lead quality, quantity & conversions
* Running performance campaigns across Meta & Google
* Working closely with the franchise sales team
* Communicating confidently with prospective partners
Who should apply:
* Experience in franchise, real estate, or high-ticket sales marketing
* Strong analytical + communication skills
* Comfortable working full-time from office
