We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and organized Manager - People & Culture to champion our team’s growth and well-being.
The RoleThis isn't your traditional, rigid HR role. We view Human Resources through a human-centric lens. You will be the heartbeat of our fully remote team, balancing day-to-day HR operations with the creative spark needed to maintain, nurture, and elevate a vibrant startup culture.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for diverse roles across tech, content, and sales. Handle everything from sourcing and screening to interviewing and final selection.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless, welcoming digital onboarding experience for new hires, and manage empathetic, structured exit processes when team members move on.
- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting of offer letters, employment agreements, and specialized contracts, including transitioning full-time team members to freelance partnerships when required.
2. HR Operations & Process Management
- Workflow Optimization: Establish, document, and streamline remote HR workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Performance & Appraisal Cycles: Manage the execution of performance tracking, coordinate structured feedback loops, and assist leadership with appraisal data and increment cycles.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain flawless digital employee records, manage attendance/leave tracking, and ensure smooth monthly payroll inputs and asset distribution.
3. Cultural Stewardship & Team Engagement
- Remote Culture Champion: Design and execute creative initiatives to keep a 100% remote team connected, motivated, and aligned with KreedOn’s core values.
- Leadership Bridge: Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, including our Founder & CEO, ensuring transparent communication and alignment across all departments.
- Well-being & Empathy: Integrate mindfulness, psychological safety, and work-life balance principles into daily team touchpoints.
Who We Are Looking For- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced startup or digital media environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of modern ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HR tools, and process automation. Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities are a must.
- Mindset: You are highly structured and data-informed, but you approach people management with deep empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Availability: Ready to dive in immediately.
