Role Description
The Manager - Partnerships & Candidate Success is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves building and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring successful collaborations for training and placement programs. The role also focuses on overseeing candidate support, tracking their progress in training, resolving concerns, and enhancing their career development journey. The Manager will be responsible for managing timelines, maintaining communication with international partners, and optimizing processes for improved outcomes. Leadership and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this role as the candidate will play a central role in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnerships & Outreach
• Build and manage relationships with hospitals, nursing colleges, and training institutes
• Source student and alumni databases for candidate acquisition
• Expand institutional partnerships across key cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore and others
• Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen the talent pipeline
2. Candidate Management & Screening
• Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations and eligibility
• Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on program requirements
• Coordinate interviews with international partners and institutions
• Provide timely feedback and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
3. Recruitment Operations
• Assist candidates with documentation and profile readiness
• Support CV creation and optimization for international standards
• Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking systems
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and partner organizations
4. Process & Growth Support
• Contribute to improving recruitment and partnership processes
• Support expansion into new domains beyond healthcare as the company scales
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skills, especially spoken English, Hindi and German (advantage, not mandatory)
• 0–2+ years of experience in recruitment, partnerships, or coordination roles
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• AIESEC alumni are preferred (not mandatory)
