Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Regional Manager - Advertising Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising sales in the region, developing and managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies, meet revenue targets, and deliver value to clients. Additionally, you will oversee sales operations, mentor the sales team, and analyze market trends to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Media Sales and Sales, with expertise in developing and closing advertising sales opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain and build long-term client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Marketing and the ability to devise client-centric marketing strategies to drive revenue.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to guide and support team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and implement actionable plans.
- Past experience in advertising sales or enterprise sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track sales and market performance.
