Job Description: Manager – Partnerships & Agency Operations
Location: Gurugram
Reporting to: Founder
Experience: 4–7 years
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic professional who understands marketing, brand needs, and agency workflows, and can convert that understanding into business growth, partnerships, and operational excellence. This is a high‑ownership role working directly with the founder to scale the agency’s client base and partnership ecosystem.’
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors
- Build strong relationships with founders, marketers, and decision‑makers
- Lead outreach, discovery calls, and new business conversations
- Convert leads into retainers, projects, and long‑term partnerships
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and track growth metrics
2. Pitching & Proposal Development
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
- Support pitch strategy, proposal writing, and deck creation
- Participate in pitch presentations and negotiations
- Ensure proposals reflect the agency’s capabilities and value
3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Build strategic partnerships that unlock growth opportunities
- Expand the agency’s network across brands, communities, creators, and platforms
- Identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen positioning and reach
4. Internal Coordination & Operations
- Streamline internal processes to improve day‑to‑day efficiency
- Coordinate across creative, strategy, and delivery teams
- Assist in managing priorities, timelines, and execution workflows
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
· 4–7 years of experience in marketing, agency BD, partnerships, client servicing, or brand management
· Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand needs, and campaign workflows
· Experience working with or inside a creative/digital/marketing agency (preferred)
· Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
· Commercial mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
· Highly organised, dependable, proactive, and execution‑focused
· Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment
