Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, performance-oriented, and capable of driving ROI-focused campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including strategy, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copy and creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in paid media
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint
- Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads or programmatic advertising
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
