Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Outbound MICE (Ops & Contracting) located in New Delhi. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for outbound MICE engagements, including negotiating contracts with hotel and vendor partners, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of corporate events and group travel. Responsibilities also include leading and managing a team, analyzing operational workflows for efficiency, and collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management expertise
- Proven experience in Team Management and leadership
- Familiarity with Sales strategies and client relationship management
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, if applicable to specific project logistics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or MICE industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
Salary Budget: 9-12 LPA
