Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to OT cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory mandates.
- Manage security monitoring, incident handling, and threat mitigation activities.
- Lead risk assessments, technical evaluations, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with project, automation, and IT teams for secure design reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of OT security posture.
- Support technical proposal building and GTM activities.
- Customer interaction and project management.
- Coordination of mid to large size OT cyber projects.
- Conceptualize, build and deliver OT cybersecurity training .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT; Master's preferred.
- In-depth expertise in ICS/OT security architectures and protocols.
- 8–12 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in OT security leadership.
- Certifications like GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
