Role - OIC Manager
Experience- 12+yrs

Mode of work - Hybrid
Role Summary:
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery for Oracle technology initiatives.
- Own and drive Oracle OIC integrations, Oracle technical development, testing, maintenance, and production support.
- Provide strong people leadership, including team management, mentoring, capability building, and performance coaching.
- Initiate and deliver innovative, automation-led solutions, including AI-driven and Agentic AI–based automation.
- Drive digital and platform transformations using Oracle APEX and VBCS.
- Implement and enforce engineering best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Actively participate in project discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand and deliver on Highmark and institutional business needs.
- Ensure high availability, stability, and reliability of mission-critical Oracle systems.
- Explore and onboard emerging technologies that enhance or support Highmark’s technology ecosystem.
- Foster a strong learning culture and build sustainable in-house Oracle and AI skill sets.
- Support business growth and expansion initiatives in the East region through technology leadership.
