Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manager or Senior Manager – International Accounts and Finance for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The role primarily involves managing financial planning, overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, handling financial reporting, and driving financial processes to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking, streamline accounting practices, and support decision-making through detailed analysis.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and the ability to develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and ensuring their accuracy
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Advanced knowledge of Finance principles and practices, including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
