About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional with a career background exclusively in software companies. The individual will operate as an HR Generalist for Pune location with 100 employees. The company has 400 people on roles across India. This role is critical in driving people operations, strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience in a technical growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
· Own onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and exits
· Ensure seamless onboarding experience
· Drive career development frameworks and internal mobility
HR Business Partnering:
· Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into people plans
· Drive org design, workforce planning, and team structuring
· Provide insights using HR data (attrition, engagement, productivity)
· Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and team management
Performance Management:
· Lead performance cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback mechanisms)
· Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs/OKRs
· Identify and develop high-potential employees
Employee Engagement & Relations:
· Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
· Handle employee grievances and conflicts
· Build a strong, inclusive culture
Compensation & Rewards:
· Partner on variable pay/incentive plans
· Ensure internal parity and competitiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Must be full time MBA or PGDM in Human Resources from reputed institutes.
2. 8 to 12 years of HR experience
3. The Candidate must have worked in a software product company of 300 to 2000
4. The Candidate is ready to work from office all 5 days a week for initial 6 month, based on the environment and credibility, the hybrid working can be discussed with the manager.
