2. Sales Specialist - Talent Solution

🧑‍💼 Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities
-Own the end-to-end sales cycle for staffing & talent solutions
-Drive closures for staff augmentation and direct hiring mandates
-Manage and lead the internal Talent Acquisition team
-Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
-Ensure alignment between sales demand and talent supply pipelines
-Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
What We’re Looking For
-6+ years of experience in staffing/talent solutions sales
-Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment services
-Proven business development and client management skills
-Experience managing TA/recruitment delivery teams
-Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
