Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the designated territory, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve business goals. In this full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, the individual will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring sales representatives and addressing client inquiries to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to lead Training initiatives and mentor sales team members to achieve performance excellence.
- Familiarity with the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus, along with skills in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
