Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Manager of Sales, based in Bengaluru South. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. This includes effectively leading the sales team, analyzing trends to identify opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to align business goals with overall organizational objectives. Additionally, the role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction and addressing client needs proactively.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations expertise with a proven ability to manage and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to foster long-term client relationships
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in residential development, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate sector
