Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales based in Hyderabad. The Manager of Sales will oversee daily sales operations to drive revenue growth, develop business plans, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, devising sales strategies, engaging with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role demands collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to assess market data and design strategic sales approaches
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless client interactions and optimize sales processes
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage sales projects efficiently
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the water treatment or environmental solutions industry is preferred but not mandatory
