Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Sales based in Gurugram. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating business plans, driving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Collaboration with other departments and identifying new business opportunities will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills to effectively strategize and achieve sales targets
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management and motivational skills
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Gurugram or surrounding areas is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or real estate management is an advantage
